Здружението на граѓани, Центар за Регионален Одржлив Развој (ЦРОР) е невладина организација, основана од слободна волја на претставници од невладин сектор. Центарот за регионален и одржлив развој работи на стимулација и поддршка на регионалниот развој во тиквешкиот регион во согласност со ЕУ интегративниот процес на Република Македонија, преку имплементација на програми за промоција и развој на граѓанскиот сектор.
Стратешки цели на ЦРОР се: промоција и јакнење на граѓанскиот сектор; поддршка на регионалниот, социјалниот и еконмскиот развој; поддршка во процесот на градење на цврсти и одржливи партнерства; промоција на ЕУ интегративниот процес на регионално ниво. Преку алатките за неформално образование ЦРОР организира голем дел на работилници, дебати, тренинг курсеви, семинари и различни активности за приближување на младите до програмите на Европска Комисија а воедно и нивно активно вклучување во граѓанскиот сектор. Членовите на ЦРОР земаа учество на различни младински размени, семинари и тренинг курсеви во различни држави. Во склоп на организацијата работи и дебатен клуб во кој младите земаат своја младинска иницијатива и преку голем број на активности допринесуваат за подобра реализација на неформалното образование а воедно и проширување на знаењето и стекнато искуство воедно преку размена на знаењето и учење од другите.
Благодарение на алатките како: доживотно учење, неформално образование, интеркултурен дијалог, размени и вмрежувања, нашата организација се стреми кон развивање на активно граѓанство и програми во европски контекст, особено во полето на Младите, Еднакви можности, Социјална Вклученост, Човекови Права и Родова Еднаквост.
Philosophy/motto of the organisation:
Centre for Regional Sustainable Development (CRSD) is a non - governmental organization for social promotion in the civil field, promoted by a group of young people committed to support the process of European integration, established in October 2009.
Thanks to tools like life-long learning, non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, exchanges and networking, our organization aims to develop active citizenship educational programs in a European context, especially in the fields of Youth, Equal opportunities, Social Inclusion, Human Rights and Gender balance. This period, CRSD mostly is realizing activities for Volunteering and developing volunteering practices on different levels, with different target groups including all aspects of volunteering in order to stimulate economic development and active citizenship in Macedonia, especially in the Tikvesh Region.
Moreover Centre for Regional Sustainable Development believes that a sustainable development and a correct life style are the basic tools to build a better future for us and future generations as well and use non formal education method to work with youth on environmental issues, increasing the awareness about the importance of the subject.
CRSD works on stimulation and support to the regional development in the Tikvesh Region in accordance with the EU integration process of Republic of Macedonia, by implementing programs for promotion and development of the civil sector, in partnership with the Business sector and the Local Self – Government Unit (LSGU).
Regular activities:
The staff of Centre for Regional Sustainable Development has an extensive experience in several EU Programmes, especially in the field of Youth. For the European 'Youth in Action' Programme, we co-operated in projects, facilitated Youth Exchanges abroad, organized and run Training Courses as well as non-formal learning activities and also working as Sending, Hosting and Cooperating organization in European Voluntary Service (EVS) with reference number 2010-SI-90. The organisation also cooperates with Italian youth organisations (CISS, Palermo and Tempo Libero, Brescia). At the moment we are implementing project named Volunteering Platform in partnership with two Bulgarian organisations, which involves young people. The most of our activities and projects were and are support by Executive Agency for Culture, Education and Audovisual (EACEA) that operates within European Commission.
We also managed local and regional-level projects, workshops and activities on non-formal education intervention methods, facilitating working group sessions and group dynamics. Within CRSD operates Youth Debate Club aimed to motivate young people for building active Citizenship and sustainable partnerships.
