"Rehearsal for life" - Training course for multipliers in Forum Theater

The main goal of the training “Rehearsal for Life” Is to increase the capacity of youth workers to encourage participation and involvement of young people in social processes;More specific Objectives of the project are: To develop and improve participants’ skills in non-formal education; social and training skills (communication, leadership and presentation skills, etc.), which are necessary to gain to continue as multipliers of Forum Theatre; To analyze and describe the aim, role and advantages of the Forum Theatre method; To apply the working method of Forum Theatre in the participants local/regional/national/
international projects; To create strategies for dealing with team members, and all the process that a Forum Theatre project implies; To increase active participation of the participants in social processes and change their attitudes; To develop facilitation and mediation skills; To find out similarities and differences in social problems that countries/communities are facing on their way to social inclusion, as well as similarities and differences in methods and approaches used to resolve conflicts and problems.
